Our organization VR Education Services Ltd., is a Study-Abroad Consultancy which recruits potential students for the universities across UK & Canada.

VR Education Services has its registered office in the United Kingdom, with branch offices present in India, Canada & Dubai.

This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data which is collected from an individual (the data subject) when the website is being used or the data being provided in person.

The Data Subject directly provides VR Education with their data, when they register online or when they visit our office in person and fill our application form. Post the completion of the formalities, the data is collected and processed at our end.

VR Education collects your data so that we can:

  • Prepare an application and process it for the university/school admission.
  • Prepare the visa application and during the process we might ask for additional documents.

  • Under certain circumstances, share your data, within the organisation in different locations outside the UK office. (India, Dubai and Canada).

 

How do we store your data?

The users that provide data over the website are secure as our official website is encrypted, and domain functions on a secure server and the security certificate is in date.

If the data is provided to us in person, we make sure that it is locked inside a cupboard/drawer and the same is under CCTV surveillance. The CCTV is labelled as per the GDPR guidelines.

VR Education securely stores your data for one year. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting the data from our server or by destroying hard copies, whichever is applicable.
